"AI is changing business." We may not go a day without hearing this phrase in the news and in various discussions. But does the evolution of AI truly mean just efficiency improvements and cost reductions?
I believe that AI is moving from being a mere "tool" that awaits our instructions to a "partner" that creates alongside us. It is a presence that is almost as if it "anticipates the intent of its master." A world where AI deeply understands our intentions and potential needs, offering suggestions proactively. This is the future that "co-creation" between humans and AI will bring.
This co-creation model will lead to a dramatic acceleration in our work styles and businesses.
Firstly, there is enhanced creativity. By combining human intuition and sparks of inspiration with AI's vast knowledge and data analysis capabilities, we can arrive at ideas and solutions that were previously unattainable alone. Brainstorming becomes more dynamic, and innovation emerges faster.
Secondly, there is increased productivity. As AI handles routine tasks and data organization, we are freed up to focus on our genuinely creative work—to ask "why," to develop strategies, and to deepen our communication with others.
However, for this co-creation to be successful, our human role is indispensable. It is not about blindly trusting AI and accepting its output as is. It is our job to constantly ask, "Is this truly correct?" and to make ethical judgments. Maintaining a posture of not anthropomorphizing AI and clearly pointing out mistakes is the most crucial aspect of building a healthy relationship with it.
AI is not here to take away our jobs. On the contrary, it is a partner that helps us maximize our potential and create new value together. With an AI that "anticipates our intent," we are now shifting towards a more creative and meaningful way of working.
